This Estate series gate is our most popular product and was the first design we reproduced. Research has revealed that this design dates back many, many centuries in the UK and was used by early settlers in Australia and the United States.

Adjustable Hinge Gudgeons (for posts up to 550 x 550mm)- Pre-fitted sliding Latch Bolt (will accept most standard padlocks)
- Pre-fitted Drop latch bolt to secure gate in open position (this has been fitted as an option. It is not a standard inclusion)

MATERIALS:
- Handcrafted using pre-seasoned Australian hardwoods, spotted gum rails and blackbutt frame.
- When sourcing timber, Authentic Gates selects only the finest and most durable, seasoned Australian Hardwoods. Hand selected from carefully managed and sustained yield licensed forests, these timbers are then handcrafted into practical objects of natural beauty.

- Hinged to pivot on right hand side (when viewed from outside the property entry) with an inward swing
- This is a brand new ex-display gate, in stock and available for immediate dispatch
- Ex-indoor display, so it has some dust soiling and some minor marks
- All floor stock is subject to prior-sale and will automatically be removed from the store when sold
